Cessia always worked around our schedules to make sure we had sufficient time to look at potential homes. After we found one we truly loved, she recommended a lender and stayed on top of that lender throughout our entire process. Any deadlines, Cessia would remind us. She always found an answer to any question we had. We could not have asked for a better agent! This is someone who gave us space at first, followed up with us, helped us, and sat through with us with every decision. She made this process extremely easy and smooth!

Cesia made the whole entire process smooth and easy! We started looking for homes to view, kind of got overwhelmed, and decided to take a small break. She allowed us to take as long as we needed. She made a follow up text to us after about a week and once we got past the overwhelming feeling, we started looking at houses. We looked at about 7 in one day, due to our busy schedule. At about the 6th house, everything became extremely clear on which house we wanted to purchase. Cesia helped with the offer on the home, stayed extremely vigilant, and helped us line everything up with that home! The process was extremely simple! Once we found a lender to work with, Cesia was there every step of the way! If we needed advice or if we had questions, she would always find a way to provide an answer. I have had more trouble out of car buying than I have house buying while working with Cesia. If you want someone who is in your corner, will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of, and do not want to feel like just a number, my family would highly recommend Cesia for all of your home buying! We could not have been happier with the home and the experience! Excellent at its finest!

The greatest experience buying a home with cesia! Tried going through a friend at first that was in the real state businesses. His a good friend but wasn’t much help at all. When cesia came along was when we really got into looking for a house! Communication with cesia was amazing quick replies! Got us pre approved ! My wife really picky and so am I so I’m glad she had the amazing patience showing us the homes. It was just a wonderful experience
