Working with Celina was the best decision we made when selling our home. She guided us through every step of the process and stayed in contact until we closed.

Celina was very informative and helpful during the process of selling our home. She provided us with insight of certain details that were impactful in the fast sell of our home.

Answered and got back to me quickly with all questions that I had. Everything explained to me well and process went smoothly.

I have known Celina for 19 years. She was our broker when we sold our house 6 years ago even after our contract had run out. We told her that if anyone was interested we would be open to showing our home. That’s exactly what happened. Another agent had a buyer who was interested in our development. They liked another house and those owners did not want to negotiate. So she called us and within 3 weeks we were in contract. We rented for 6 years and decided we wanted to look into buying a condo in a certain development and looked and waited for the right one. She’s wonderful!

I cannot say enough great things about Celina. She was with us from the very beginning. We had a fire 2 years ago and knew we were rebuilding to sell. Celina came to the house and gave us advice as to what she thought we should do as far as paint, layout, etc. We took her advice and we had 4 offers within 4 days. She was our advisor, advocate and true partner in the entire process. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend Celina.

This is the 2nd time Celina has worked to sell a house for me. Everything went very smoothly.

I cannot say enough great things about Celina! For anyone looking to sell a property in the Newburgh area Celina is the one to do it. Our professional journey began in 2012 when she first helped me list my condo while I was in the middle of moving to Texas. For over a decade, Celina has helped me find and vet tenants and perform thorough background checks, all while I was 1,600 miles away. She was my 'eyes and ears' on the ground, and also provided me with good advice when dealing with troublesome tenants. Finally, in 2026, Celina brought our journey full circle by successfully closing the sale of the condo. Throughout every high and low over the last 14 years, she has remained incredibly responsive, deeply knowledgeable, and consistently professional. If you want a realtor who treats your investment as if it were her own and stays committed for the long haul, Celina is THE one. I have recommended her to many others and would absolutely do business with her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Celina for everything!

Celina went above and beyond. She has been so patient with us and was the best representative for us during the process of selling our home. Her line was always open for and questions throughout the day and night.

We were very happy with Celina. She had our best interest at heart.

Celina was attentive, helpful, punctual, professional and worked hard for me. She is truly passionate about the real estate market and answered text and calls both day and night. If she was busy with other clients or showings it was communicated, Celina is able to balance her multiple clients.
