We had an awesome experience with Miss C. She went out of her way to be sure EVERYTHING was exactly as we needed. She is also a great sales lady in every way. We own several houses in Georgia. Myself, as well as my wife have owned several homes in the past. We have experience on how it should not be done, i.e. Some clown trying to sell you a house and knows nothing about what they are selling. Miss C. did everything professionally, in a timely manner with a lot of integrity, We don't buy houses everyday, although at this point we would contact you or your company and request Miss C. again. She did perfect in everything she was involved in. We greatly appreciate all her hard work and effort. There were small issues with the seller and every time she worked them out without any major concerns. My wife thinks she's just the "Cats Meow" and very satisfied with her work.

She was so friendly, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly from the moment we met her at the open house. She truly is an amazing person and a great realtor!
We had driven by this home several times and just happened to be driving by when Cecilia was hosting an open house. Prior to the open house, we liked the home and area but knew it was above our price range. Once inside the home, Cecilia asked us to look around and if we had any questions, to let her know. After walking thru the home, we knew this home would be a perfect fit for us since it had the RV garage and the price was good. After visiting with her for awhile, we asked if she could stop by our current home after the open house and she did. Currently, we own a villa in Port Charlotte with another realtor for the past 8 months with no activity except for 2 open houses and 2 people at each one. Our current home for the past 8 months is 5 blocks away and we wanted to change neighborhoods due to the amount of traffic on the street. We made an offer with Cecilia the next day and she contacted the seller who took the offer on a contingent basis. After releasing the other agent; she represented us on the Villa and our current home with the hopes of selling both within 60 days since it was the contingent on the new home. She held several open houses at our current home and had 10+ people at each showing which made it easy for her to sell it to a couple at the last showing. When she was at the villa, she hosted 2 open houses with 15 people at the first and 5 couples at the second showing which received an offer and have sold the home. Both homes were sold at open houses during the same week! We are absolutely thrilled to have Cecilia represent us and has become a very special friend. She goes above & beyond for her customers in addition, she listens to each & everything they say in order to help them find their dream home. I’ve never met someone like her before but am very glad we stopped in at the Open House. We have been the house for 3 days and we love it! All thanks to Cecilia!

My husband and I were referred to Cecilia Sculthorpe by another agent that a colleague referred us to when we decided to begin looking for property in Fort Myers, FL. The other agent also associated with your company was out of Naples and wanted to ensure my husband and I had an agent located in the Fort Myers area. From the moment Cecilia contacted us, we knew she was the agent for us. She answered all of our questions long distance and when we arrived in Fort Myers she scheduled an appointment to meet us in person and educated us about the various areas of Fort Myers.
