Cecilia was extraordinarily dedicated in helping us find a home that met our hopes and needs, was in our budget, and in the locations we were considering. I especially appreciated her calm, level-headed approach even when things were getting dicey with sellers. And she really knows how to get the deal done. You cannot ask for a better realtor. I am so glad Yale recommended Pearce Plus as part of the employment transition services and that we got paired Cecilia as our realtor! A match made in heaven!

I have purchased several houses over the last decade and I'm lucky to say that I have been pretty happy with those interactions. Cecilia helped us with our most recent purchase and what was outstanding about working with her is that I'm absolutely sure Cecilia had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. Cecilia brought a level of integrity and dedication to our interests that I have not experienced before. I highly recommend working with Cecilia and Pearce Real Estate.

Great service! Very helpful and available at every step of the process!

"Cecilia is the most professional, responsible and dedicated real estate agent I have ever had the good fortune to get business support with. She had recently sold 2 multi families of mine: 36 Shelter, New haven as well as the multi family property on 115 Clay street, New Haven. This was the best management of a sale I’ve yet to encounter. And I’ve been in the lucky position to sell properties with many realtors. I can’t recommend Cecilia enough.

Cecilia is the most professional, responsible and dedicated property manager I have ever had the good fortune to work with. And I’ve been in the lucky position to work with many. I can’t recommend her enough. She gave me peace of mind in all aspects of her care for my multi family properties over the course of just under 10 years of collaboration. In fact, I recently considered purchasing something in her area of management, simply because I know how much peace of mind I will get on the managerial end. That’s how much I recommend working with her.

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Cecilia. From start to finish, she was professional, patient, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. She explained every step clearly, was always available for questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth

Cecilia has been wonderful throughout my purchase She always had my back Especially through the bidding process and again with inspections She helped me stay confident throughout the process Right up to the walk through I felt pretty stress free with her taking the lead for me

She was wonderful!

Selling my home with Cecilia as my realtor was an absolutely smooth and enjoyable experience. From the very beginning, Cecilia was incredibly communicative. She kept me informed every step of the way, always making sure I understood the process and felt confident about the decisions we were making. What truly stood out was how fun she was to work with! Her personality made the experience not just professional, but genuinely enjoyable. At the same time, Cecilia clearly knows the real estate industry inside and out. Her knowledge gave me peace of mind—I never had to worry when a question or concern came up, because I knew she would have the answer or a solution ready to go. She was also excellent at addressing any issues that came up during the selling process. Whether big or small, Cecilia handled everything with care, efficiency, and a calm confidence that made things feel manageable. Honestly, she was just very great in every aspect of the journey. I would absolutely recommend Cecilia to anyone looking to sell or buy a home, and I will definitely be reaching out to work with her again in the future!
