The only complaint I have is to see an almost $300 fee from Russel Real Estate Services on my buyer's closing statement for administration fees. I know that I signed many documents prior to closing, and that I could have missed the notification for this fee, but it seems like it's just another junk fee to add on to an already fee saturated process. This is especially disconcerting considering you are already getting paid through the sellers commission. I'm not sure if this is a standard industry practice among brokers, but it was highly irritating.
