Catherine Nel was a joy to work with. She gave me suggestions to get the house ready for showing, worked with me on the listing, pricing and other details, and supported me as we worked with other agents throughout the process. She was also very professional working with buyers' agents and potential buyers.
She knows the market, was aware of what my home offered a buyer, and was willing to stand up for me and my home when an agent used bullying tactics.
I would highly recommend Catherine if you are considering buying or selling your home.
We have had three transactions with Catherine and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Catherine is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. And, very fun to be around. Cheers!!
This was the third property I have purchased with Catherine`s assistance. She is excellent, very quick to respond to issues and questions.
A pleasure to work with.
I will highly recommend her at every opportunity.
