Catherine Lee provided excellent guidance in both selling my Preston Hollow home of 48 years and purchasing a North Dallas Condo. Together with her colleagues at Briggs Freeman, at my request a market price for my home was suggested which we were able to achieve at the time of sale. Great work!

Catherine is the best. She served us well. She went above and beyond. Even after closing, Cat found something that the Title Company missed that will save us thousands. Time, care, expertise. Catherine is not guessing. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Catherine is a pro.

Catherine made our first time home buying experience incredible! We cannot speak highly enough of her and our experience. From finding us homes to tour (eventually we found the perfect match) to signing the final documents, she provided us guidance every step of the way. There was not a question Catherine did not know the answer to! Her patience and expertise is unmatched. We can’t ever imagine buying a home without her :)

Catherine has been strategic in her counsel, introduced us to technology and processes available thru her relationship with Briggs Freeman, energetic with her timely follow-up, and totally available! She’s a delight!!

Catherine genuinely places your personal needs first, making you feel cared for every step of the way. We are profoundly grateful for her and the truly stellar experience she provided in helping us find our home as we relocated to Dallas. From the very beginning, she was warm, caring, and remarkably attentive, taking the time to understand what mattered most to us and guiding us with both kindness and expertise. Catherine truly went above and beyond at every step, making the entire process not only seamless but genuinely enjoyable. We were very impressed by her authentic care—she even followed up after everything was complete to ensure we were settling in well, a gesture that speaks volumes about her dedication. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, generously sharing helpful tips and recommending wonderful places to visit, which made us feel right at home from the start. Working with Catherine was a personal and exceptional experience, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. We are already looking forward to working with her again in the future.

Our decision to sell our home of thirty six years was difficult but necessary as we needed to be closer to family. The thought of selling our home was daunting. After meeting with Catherine Lee we felt a sense of relief. She was kind ,thoughtful, and carefully evaluated the market in our area. She strategically set the selling price so that we received several offers. Catherine reviewed each offer with us, guiding us on which offer would best meet our needs - early closing being one. Catherine is kind and thoughtful. She guides with gentleness, and is always available to answer questions. We have no hesitation recommending Catherine Lee either for a buyer or seller.

Catherine did a wonderful job assisting us with our purchase.

Our experience with Catherine Lee from Briggs Freeman was excellent. She went above and beyond all expectations!

Catherine was so easy to work with and accommodated our crazy schedules when it came to viewing houses. As newcomers to the area she answered our countless questions. She knew our “must haves” and helped guide us to a house and neighborhood that met those needs. She made the all aspects of the buying process seem less and stress free. We would 100% recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
