Cassie is an outstanding Realtor!! I’ve been in the real estate industry as an urban investor and developer in for the past 14 years, and during that period, I have worked with several agents selling properties. She brings something significantly better than every agent I’ve worked with over the years. She truly represented my interest and communicates in a highly professional manner. She is what an investor is looking for in an agent, and she quickly got my properties sold! She pre-screen all buyers and allows me to focus on other opportunities and developments. I am 100% ready to continue working with Cassie on the other ventures that we have planned. It’s important to structure an organization that operates effectively, and her strong background allows her to maneuver effectively in these communities. We are looking forward to establishing a more involve business partnerships with her. If you’re an investor or developer, I highly recommend her!!Cedric Anderson, CEOThe Anderson-Promier Group

I can’t speak highly enough of Cassandra Smith as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics were very much appreciated and respected. From the first time I reached out to Cassandra she answered immediately and from there on out she was very responsive. We listed our home on a Tuesday and by Wednesday morning we had an offer and in a contract by end of week. I had no idea it would be so fast but with her guiding me every step of the way, I had no reason to doubt her or the process. She was a true professional. During negotiations we always felt like Cassandra had our best interest in mind. Cassandra is a doer! You have questions, just ask her. She will answer or get you answers. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We highly recommend her to help you with all your real estate needs.

Cassandra was extremely easy to work with. Very responsive and knowledgeable. We we’re in contract within 2 days of working with her! She was not pushy and always put our needs and wants first. For first time home buyers this was a wonderful experience and she comes highly recommended. We will certainly be using her for our future home buying needs and recommend to anyone looking for a stress free home buying experience.
