If I could give Cassie an 11/10 I would. She was on top and out front of everything that she needed to be doing, and also myself; making sure I was taking care of all the various tasks needed to close on time. Her recommendations on the house inspection were great, and she was transparent about everything that was happening in the background. Anytime there was an issue she presented the different options we had to proceed with, and didn't push me toward anything, but instead let me make the call, and more often than not was in agreement with my decision. When I wasn't sure what to do she did well to advise her stance and why. Things got shiesty towards closing, but she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything before we closed. At closing she had the most thoughtful gift basket put together and even paid for an extra cleaning for the house. I seriously cannot stress enough how valuable of an asset she is to your company. Would recommend her to anyone close to me that's starting to look for a house.
