Cassandra is great. She knows the price point, and gives good advice. She knows what needs to be done to the property before it will sell. This is very helpful. She also handles all of the paperwork and takes a lot of worry off of your mind! She is professional, smart, and easy to work with.

From the first time I talked to Cassandra, I knew she was the realtor for me. She was so nice on the phone and I could tell she really loves her job. She truly wants what’s best for her client- even if it means a smaller payday for her. From the beginning she was completely honest, up front and transparent about every aspect of buying a house. Discussing everything from budget/ing and what I wanted in a home. She tells it like it is and gives her honest opinions- which are usually right lol. She tells you what you need to hear, even if you don’t want to hear it. But in a good way! She is never condescending or rude. She always called me and asked for my opinion and/or approval for every thing. She really listened to me and got to the point that she knew what I was going to say and like and dislike about a place. When it came to making an offer she walked me through the whole process and made sure I understood everything. She was amazing in the negotiating process and made sure every thing was worded correctly. She was there 1000% every step of the way. She was my realtor and therapist too! She was great at listening and talking me down when I was freaking out. She was always encouraging even when things didn’t go the way we wanted. It was about 2 years from the time I first called her until I closed on my home. She never made me feel rushed or that I was wasting her time.
