On August 16 2022 my mom decided to sell her house located in Jacksonville Fl. We were looking for someone close to the area that knows the area well. We reach out to Watson Realty Corp, and was connected with Mrs. Cassandra Brown. After talking with her for the first time it’s like she was sent to us from the heavens above. We officially meet in person on the 19 and she was as full of joy as she was on the phone.. Right then and there I know she was the one for us to work with on selling my mom’s home.. She began right way getting down to business and going over the task and plan on the what, the how, where and when for this listing.. Mrs. Cassandra Brown was a light that my mom was looking for, we know that we were in good hands.. After completing a few details on the house we turn it over to her, she listed it the next day. Within two days on the market we had several buys ready to offer us what we had listed it for.. However, a few did not work out.. There were times that we could have thrown in the towel, but Mrs. Cassandra Kept us believing in her “fait” Like I said earlier we knew she was the correct person for the job.. On October 11 she got another offer, once again Mrs. Cassandra went to work for us.. Again there were some challenges with the buyer, but she stuck with it and kept us calm while she worked her magic in the back ground for my mom, even when it looks like it wasn’t going to happen due to several extension from the buyer, she believer in her faith which led us to also believe in her that she could make it happen.. Trust me she felt our pain and frustration, selling a house is never an easy thing, but she made it seem easy. October 19th was the best day ever for myself, Mrs. Cassandra and my mom, because all the hard work that she had put in had finally paid off and we were able to close on the house… Again I felt the lord had sent her our way at the right time, I have work with other realtors before but none were as patience, confident and kick ass as she was.. I would recommend Mrs. Cassandra Brown to anyone that is looking for someone that has their best interests at heart… For this is say thank you 1 billion time and more.
