Relocating is stressful enough & a move from 1K mi. away visits extra pressure & challenge and when that's the case, the "little things" take on added weight that can compound quickly. Carrie's attentiveness, attention to detail, communication, frank and candid insight, and willingness to go above and beyond entirely eliminated any of those issues from the start. She even drove 50 miles to walk through a potential property & that gesture alone eliminated a potential trip into OKC saving us $2+K in an economy where every $$ counts. Could go on, but suffice it to say that when we had questions, Carrie dug in and found answers...not always the answers we needed or wanted to hear, but the most valuable thing I would say is clear and timely communication as that allowed us to make decisions, craft alternatives, pivot, and ultimately move quickly.
Carrie was recommended to us through a colleague at work and I would gladly recommend her and her team without reservation for everything & more in terms of knowledge of the areas, market, processes, and follow-up/follow-through. Did everything she said she would & offered assists on things that she absolutely could have left to us or others which helped take some of the pressure & angst that comes standard with long distance relocation. It was almost like having a trusted family member who's in-the-know in our corner helping us find & figure out how to get what we needed & wanted from the first phone call, assessment of our needs, all the way through close.
