Without Carolyn, our home would not have sold as quickly as it did. She and her husband Chris did a remarkable job helping us decorate our house to the nines. When Hurricane Milton hit, it damaged the roof of our house. Carolyn's home had just been destroyed by Hurricane Helene. I expected her to drop us as clients so she could tend to her personal housing problems. But she didn't drop us, she helped us find a roofing company and stayed by our side the entire time. My family and I were amazed at her dedication in helping us. Carolyn is a gem and you will be extremely pleased if you choose her as your next realtor.
From the beginning, Carolyn was positive, well versed in the real estate market trends for our area, and arrived at our home with ideas and suggestions. She and her husband, Chris, worked tirelessly to promote our home and get foot traffic in. They organized several open houses, used social media, mailings, and print ads to get the word out. Carolyn was kind and patient through the stressful times, kept us updated always, and gave her honest opinion if we were being unrealistic. Carolyn and Chris went with me when I could finally return to my home after Hurricane Helene while they were dealing with their own storm damage. Never hesitated for a moment. You won't go wrong with Carolyn on your side, she'll get it done.
