Carolyn Spohn did a very good job as our real estate agent when we sold our house in Montgomery Township, NJ in 2023. We first met with her in June and then she had a staging expert, that her firm works with, visit our home and suggest what to move out of the house or reposition for staging. When we were ready for the listing pictures, Carolyn arranged for a photographer and video artist to come to our house. She selected the photos of our home. She recommended a realistic listing price for the house. Once it went on the market, we received several offers within a short time. She created a spreadsheet of the offers and went through the details with us. Overall she seems very experienced and knowledgable of the local real estate market. She was supportive and motivational throughout the process which was appreciated. I would recommend her as a real estate agent.
