Carolyn is awesome!! Tough as nails and soft as silk...and knows just when to be which! She is obviously so respected within Ebby! I know that is partly why I am so enjoying working with her! She is great at team-building & I look forward to a long association with Ebby and Carolyn!

Joining the Southlake office 5 years ago was a no brainer for me. I'd always felt Ebby Halliday agents were the most professional agents in the industry, and after meeting Carolyn I knew it was where I wanted to grow my business. Carolyn is a dynamic leader who is extremely motivating, encouraging and readily available to agents when they need advice, have questions or just need someone to listen. It's so nice to be in an office where agents support each other and are happy to see each other succeed.

Carolyn Rosson has done an excellent job providing a wonderful work environment for her agents. She was instrumental in the design and completion of the Southlake Ebby Office, which is state of the art! She provides numerous educational opportunities for agents and works tirelessly to promote our business in the Southlake community. Thank you Carolyn for all of your efforts!

When I was interviewing the top brokerages in Southlake, the very first one I talked to was Ebby Halliday Realtors. Carolyn Rosson was incredibly helpful, but more than that, she was the most caring, kind and supportive broker! She made me feel confident about my career choice. I am so very glad that I spoke to Carolyn first, because there was no doubt in my mind, after visiting four other brokers, that Ebby Halliday Southlake was to be my new home. To this day, Carolyn is my mentor, counselor, and friend. I cannot imagine working anywhere else. Ever.

The mathematical formula for Ebby Southlake's success is simple. Outstanding PEOPLE = Outstanding RESULTS. Carolyn definitely understands...it takes a VILLAGE! Her LEADERSHIP team is quick to support, train and implement innovative tools to ensure Ebby agents work smarter than the rest. Her TOP-PRODUCING VETERANS overtly share critical wisdom learned through decades of navigating real-life situations. I recently changed careers, moving from a corporate environment, which I knew well, to the world of residential real estate where my experience was only on a personal level. One thing was clear and of utmost importance to me, finding the right Broker with which to align. Sounded simple, there were dozens of “come join us” requests flooding by email and mailbox. This turned into a daunting task until I was introduced to Carolyn Rosson. Poised and eloquent, Carolyn immediately made me feel welcome. The difference… Carolyn has created an atmosphere of mutual respect of those within the office. Her ongoing desire for our success pushes us to exceed our own expectations. Carolyn’s vivacious personality is complimented by her professional skills plus enthusiasm for her agents and the community she serves. Carolyn’s reputation is nothing short of stellar in the marketplace. After working with her over the last year it’s obvious to see why. Compassion, integrity and commitment. She sets the bar high in the world of residential real estate.

My decision to go with Ebby Halliday was the right one. First Impressions are everything and I knew when I first met with Carolyn Rosson, I would be working with a professional first class real estate firm. Carolyn is extremely knowledgeable, committed and generous with her time and expertise. I thank her for her continued support and helping ALL of us be Best of the Best in the industry!

Under Carolyn's leadership, our office has increased sales year after year. She does a marvelous job with both new and established agents. Most importantly, she encourages and demands an office that works well with each other. The office staff that she manages, makes sure that the agents have every tool and advantage offered in Real Estate.
