I set up an appt with Caroline, came in state, toured a home I liked with Caroline, put in an offer the same day I saw it & had a text msg from Caroline that same night my offer had been accepted. Being out of state, Caroline was my eyes, ears & hands throughout the entire process to include signing while out of state. This was all accomplished at 30 days from start to finish. If you want the best representative for your interests, you need to contract with Caroline Gross, I am so thankful I did.
