I enjoyed working with Carole and rate her five stars. She was always available for questions and information. We were on the market for a few years and she was able to get close to asking price for my land. The selling process was efficient and quick. Thanks so much for your service. June Castiglia

Carole was easy to work with and professional. I highly recommend her for selling or buying a home!

Carole was very knowledgeable and helpful. She showed me 6 different condos in 3 different communities. She helped me understand the important things to consider when looking for a condo and supported me in my choice. The closing went smoothly even though we had an extended closing date. I would certainly recommend Carole to anyone looking for a place to buy in the Walworth County area.

We had an excellent experience with Carole as our agent. She had seen our property on the market in the past and let a neighbor know that she could sell our property had she had the listing. We gave her a chance to see if she could follow through on such and she did what she promised and then some! We would recommend Carole to anyone looking for a great experienced agent in our market who isn't inclined to candy coat to "buy a listing" but tells it like it is.

Carole made my first home buying experiance great. She was very patiant in my almost two year search and helped me find a home that suited me. She is also very knowledgeable and always answered my millon questions that came along with my first homebuying experiance! I would highly recomend carole to anyone looking for a honest and knowledgeable realitor!

After divorce buying my first home on my own, as you can imagine, it is a scary thing; thankfully, I met Carole Stanczak, at first, she gave me a couple of hints that she wanted to be my realtor, but previously I asked a realtor to help me find a house that will meet my needs and budget of a single mother. This realtor never bother calling or sending any emails regarding houses for sale, so I hesitated to get involve with any particular realtor. I had Carole showed me a couple of houses that Shorewest had listed and I enjoyed how she treated me, she only saw a customer that was looking to purchase a house. She met me when my schedule allowed me; was available either face to face, by phone or email and had lots of patience with all my requests when I needed additional information or had a question about a listing. She did everything possible to help me purchase the home and facilitated the buying process to go very smoothly. I would recommend her to anyone specially women, because of her genuine desire to help anyone when it comes to real estate transactions and customer satisfaction regardless of the person’s status, purchasing or selling power. Thank you Carole, for going the extra mile in making sure I got the home that I wanted. I will definitely refer Carole Stanczak, to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a house or have any real estate question. D. Cberg, Whitewater WI

Carole did an awesome job finding us a home. She was supportive and listened to what our needs were. Buying and selling homes can be stressful but knowledgable agents like Carole make the sale/purchase of your home an exciting time. I would recommend Carole to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience with Carole Stanczak of Shorewest. We had a very unique property to sell and Carole put a deal together in less than a week after listing it. There were a few hurdles to jump over but with her contacts and her real estate knowledge we were able to rectify the problems and close quickly. Our rating for Carole is above EXCELLENT !!!
