Carol Syler | Premier South | Testimonial Tree

Carol is One of a Kind Carol is very thorough and professional in her approach to selling properties. Carol recognized that there were several legal items that needed to be updated and took it upon herself to get them done. Carol even went out of her way to make sure that the spiderwebs were swept, there were no snakes swimming in the pool, and have any critters that found their way into the house disposed of properly before showings. She made the selling of a property from long distance a lot smoother than it would have been without her. Along with her excellent negotiating skills the write up and photos for listing were top notch. Thank you again, Carol for going above and beyond.

Don't Buy or Sell Without This Superstar Carol is knowledgeable, professional and so easy to work with. She is accessible and encouraging which are helpul traits, especially in a hot housing market. Carol patiently answered all my questions. She gave me wise counsel and helped me understand what could be pitfalls and helped me avoid them. As if that's not enough, she is truly a JOY to be around. Her smile and sweet spirit brightens every room she walks into. I strongly recommend Carol!

Amazing realtor! Carol was truly great to work with from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable about the business, the areas, has great network to assist with the process, but most of all is very easy to talk to and work with. She is patient, understanding and it shows she really cares about her clients. Carol helped us get exactly what we wanted from our sell and guided us into our new family home. She was always available, even while she was on a cruise to Alaska she was responsive! A true professional. Work with Carol, take her advice and you will not be disappointed.
