I asked carol to show us 4 different houses. She booked them all for the next day. She really works hard to do anything for you. We actually ended up putting an offer on the first house we looked at and will be closing soon. She is so helpful with any questions we had and always responded quickly. Even when we were difficult and unsure what we wanted she was understanding and helped us figure it out. When we found a house we liked she was great about getting us set up to see it that same day or the very next day which was absolutely incredible. Carol was beyond amazing. My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home so we were a hot mess when it came to knowing what to look for, what to expect, how to handle things, etc. Carol was amazing at explaining everything and staying with us every step of the way. There were things she literally did for us just because she knew we were struggling and didn’t know how. Saying she went above and beyond is an understatement. We didn’t have the best first time home buyers experience because of the bank we chose, but Carol did everything in her power (including tracking down supervisors and getting answers for us) to help us get the situation resolved. After we bought our dream home, Carol stayed in contact. She also had a sentimental gift for us on our closing day. She checks in on us, STILL, to see how we are doing and how everything is going. She genuinely cares for her clients. They are like family to her. And to top everything off, we received a letter in the mail a little later, stating Carol had personally made a contribution in our name to Riley Children’s Hospital... Carol is amazing. We can not thank her enough!

Carol is in my opinion the best Relator ever. Im a first time home buyer that was totally new to everything in home buying process. Each and everytime we had questions or didnt understand something she was there day or night to help us. Threw the buying we never had to worrie about anything. Carol was absolutely fantastic! She had to put up with a lot from the seller's agent and repairs and several trips back to the property which was located quite a ways away from her usual stomping grounds, but she was quickly responsive every time, attentive, patient, helpful, positive, and knowledgeable. She earned her money, without a doubt. We felt like a priority to her throughout the adventure, and would recommend her to everyone!
