I cannot begin to say enough good things about Carol Kornievsky [Carol K.], nor recommend her in sufficient degree! There is no one better that you would ever want to have in your corner during a real estate transaction.
To preface, Carol saw my home through its FULL life-cycle. She both represented my home to me when I purchased it in 2020, and later worked diligently and utterly engrossed to sell it again when I relocated and moved out in 2025.
To my personal amazement, she was _never_ passive, much less absent, during all the years subsequent to the purchase of my home, right up until the time when I sold it again. If you expect realtors to go cold once a sale is complete, think again regarding Carol K. Not only did she continually mail out monthly helpful information throughout my ownership term, but regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with me just to update the status of my purchase against the market at large - with accompanying paperwork- and to confirm my satisfaction with the purchase. She maintains a constant watch and comprehension of the regional markets. Moreover, Carol consistently breaks down the realty process for you to enhance your understanding of just what is happening at any given stage: how your investment is progressing, how the market is trending, where your money is going, and what options you have to work with. Her follow-through is beyond compare. Carol is definitely not a "hand-off/hands off" realtor - she regularly checks in to ensure your ongoing satisfaction with your investment. Moreover, she was immensely helpful during the time when I was moving in to recommend respectable contractors for the modifications I desired, all of whom performed splendidly to, or beyond, expectations. Carol "knows a guy" [or gal] for everything, and she is equally as invested in your personal contentment as she is in any associated financial transaction.
This, however, is only the beginning to my testimony. When I reached the point of needing to sell my home as a result of employment relocation, Carol once again became integrally involved in the process, virtually owning every interaction that was required, BUT never assuming autonomy; she would not make a move without first apprising you of her intentions and securing your assent to whatever was impending. Beyond being immersed in these mere business transactions associated with the sale, itself, she assumed great responsibility in tending to the logistical details of the property handover. Carol K. independently laid out - and carried through the plans for - execution of the organization, staging, and presentation of the home to make it optimally appealing on the market. She gave her all in the promotion of the sale.
Returning again to the personal aspect, though - Carol never loses respect of the intimacy inherent to the realtor/client relationship. Beyond all of the invaluable assistance she offered me during the practical sale of my home, she even took time - more than once! - to visit me in the hospital during an unfortunate period in my move-out process when I fell ill. I wouldn't wish that sort of challenge on anyone else, but certainly never would have expected that level of devotion from any ordinary stakeholder, either. Even further, she was absolutely instrumental in the packaging and shipment of my treasured and valuable belongings as I transferred to my next locale.
I summary, I would like to acknowledge my gratitude to Carol K., and assure the reader that she is a consummate and wonderful realtor to work with - due emphasis on "with". She'll always be looking out for you.
Thank you,
