Ms. Juntunen was chosen via mail as I lived out of state. But from the very beginning to include her mailing, indicated professionalism and someone I believed (not meeting her yet) would fight for fairness in this very delicate and emotional situation. To say the least, I informed her of my needs and what I would like to see accomplished and she went above and beyond, even after the sale. Even the neighbors were impressed. I'm glad to know there are still good people who really do care and are willing to understand the client and then work for the client. Thank you Carol and many thanks to the Baird and Warner family for being there. My brother (USMC Sgt Major) would be proud you represented him well in death with much respect and dignity to the end. Semper Fi Forever and Carol I love you for being there. Stay as you are and I gladly call you my friend.

Carol was chosen from many potential realtors. There is a lot I can say, but the end result was professional service, a very caring realtor due to the delicate nature of the sale and me living in another state. This sale was due to my brother's death and she was compassionate and very patient. Her knowledge of the market and helping me to understand without feeling lost was very welcomed. She went above and beyond, yielding great results. Thank you Carol for everything and to the Baird and Warner family. Carol I proudly call you my friend, continued success, and thank you for the beautiful staging photos. My brother (Sgt Major V. P. Singleton) would be proud that I chose you to represent with respect and dignity.

Carol always kept us informed about everything. She was polite and very knowledgeable I would recommend her to anyone who needs help selling an estate Thanks Greg & Sheila

Carol was nothing less than a stellar professional throughout out the entire process of evaluating, pricing, preparing, marketing, and selling my estate-owned property. I know that when reading reviews like this you would expect them to be positive, otherwise they would be shared, but I’m here to tell you that she is the real deal. She truly loves what she does and went above and beyond to prepare my estate-owned property for sale. She made arrangements for clean-out, consignment sale, car repair and sale, yard clean-up, and even tree removal. And most importantly, she priced the home correctly to attract a large number of buyers and multiple strong offers. I highly recommend her!

We cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received from Carol Juntunen during what was an incredibly emotional and logistically complex time. After my mother-in-law passed away, we found ourselves navigating a trust sale from a distance — and we truly didn't know where to turn. After reaching out to several agents, Carol was the first to respond, and the first to provide detailed, thoughtful information that gave us real confidence. From that very first contact, she set herself apart. What made Carol truly extraordinary was how far above and beyond she went. Because we were not local, she took it upon herself to coordinate everything on the ground — finding people to help clear out the garage, arrange cleaning, and handle the many tasks that come with preparing a home for sale. None of that was her obligation, and yet she did it without hesitation, with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. Her marketing was nothing short of impressive. At her open house, there was a line of buyers waiting to get in. Within one week, we had an accepted offer — $30,000 over asking price. We were genuinely shocked, and absolutely thrilled. Carol's expertise in trust sales was evident throughout the entire process. She guided us through every detail with patience and clarity, making an overwhelming situation feel manageable. We always felt informed, supported, and in good hands. If you are navigating the sale of your home — especially in a trust situation — look no further than Carol Juntunen. She is simply the best, and we are so grateful she was in our corner.

Carol is the consummate professional, always puts her clients first, and I highly recommend her services. I originally contacted Carol to sell two properties, one in Chicago and one in the suburbs. I chose Carol after receiving a detailed and thoughtful letter from her explaining her background and experience with the sale of properties in probate. Carol sold both properties within a few days of their being listed. What really distinguishes Carol from any realtor I have ever worked with is her willingness to do anything to assist preparing your property for sale. She assisted with cleaning out the properties, ran errands, whatever was necessary to help prepare the properties for sale.

Was Great

I could not have been happier with our agent Carol. From our first correspondence to the finishing of the sale I had total confidence in her. Everything went very smooth and she guided us through the whole process. Thank you !

I thought this sale would be a big problem because of the distance between us but Carol kept me informed thru out the weeks. She is a great Sales person, explaining, to me, all that this 94 lady did not understand. Thank you Carol........Thank you!!!!
