Carol was very helpful throughout the process from helping take pictures with advice on improving appeal. Recommended businesses to clean and stretch the carpets in the house at a very good price and did a great job. She also made a great decision on price a adjustment that paid off. Even though the house was clear of belongings for the most part she brought in some personal items to help out the aesthetics and updating pictures. Finally, her communication on updates before and after showings was very helpful.

Carol was the gentlest and most patient realtor. She was always available to talk with me and was very kind and helful. She gave me alot of advice and went above and beyond to help me. I felt like she was always on my side and did everything she could to help me sell the house, I lived out of town and she met, electricians, handymen, carpet cleaners ect.. at the house for me and gave me referals, got esimates and even put her own air purifier in the house to help with the smoke smell. I would highly recomend Carol to help with selling a home. I don't think that I could have done it without her.
