A Wonderful Realtor to work with. Stuck to a plan, made it work for all parties and kept me in the loop. House was on the market less than a day because of the before hand leg work that was applied. Thanks Carlton for the outstanding service!

I'd like to give a huge shoutout to my realtor, Mr. Carlton Stephenson. I came in as a first time homebuyer interested in purchasing property in Howard County and he did a phenomenal job with joining me for showings, educating me on the process, and connecting me with an amazing lender. He was always upfront with me and extremely timely when responding to my phone calls or messages. I truly could not have asked for a better realtor!

My experience with Mr. Stephenson has been great. I’ve been looking for a home with him for the past three years and each step of the way he has been transparent and upfront with everything as far as pricing and getting out there and being able to look at the homes, he is very informative and just very down to earth and friendly.

Great Service! Carlton spoke my language. He knew how to translate the entire transaction into my terms. #GreatRepressentative #GoodFriend #CommitedToTheFinalProduct
