Carlos helped us get a 5 bedroom house in the best neighborhood in Oakland for less than asking price. Read that one again if you can believe it. He connected us with his contractor to do a small job on the house too. He knows the area, he knows the market, he knows what a house will sell for and what buyers will accept. You better believe I recommend him.

Carlos is one in a million, his personality, his character, his communication skills, his knowledge and his dedication to find the best deal for us were out standing, when i met him the first time i knew nothing about this complicated process of buying a house, but he assured us that he will go above and beyond to find us the house that we will love and he kept his promise and did even more than what i wanted from a realtor, even after the deal was closed he still helped us with some repairs, since i was busy and was not able to do it myself. He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and inspections, and reviewed all the non-standard documents like when you are buying new construction. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treated the situation like he is purchasing the property – he looked out for us and had our best interests in mind.
