Our experience working with Carl was exceptional. From start to finish, he was communicative, motivated and fun to work with. He made the most of our viewing times and helped us get our condo sold in just ONE WEEK! While searching for our new place, he was efficient in planning our visits to the homes, helpful in answering our questions or getting them answered as quickly and clearly as he could, and had a number of helpful tips for us as new homeowners in a single-family unit. When the time comes for us to buy/sell again, we're definitely planning to work with Carl, if he'll have us!
