She has a great personality and helped us feel calm during the stressful process of apartment searching! I would definitely recommend her and have already reached out to her on behalf of friends.

Carey is the best! When I contacted her, she responded right away & showed me the apartment the same day. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so within 2 days she found several more for me. The one I rented was not even listed yet. Throughout the process, she was courteous and responsive, as well as being very, very nice. I would recommend Carey to anyone looking for a place in Brooklyn.

She offered us several apartments, other than the one we contacted her about. One of them was extremely nice. She did a follow-up of our case. Sometimes you deal with brokers that swear to you that they love to work with you, and then you never hear anything about them. This is not the case. She also offered us to try to negotiate with the landlord to get a longer leasing.

Carey is by far the best Broker that I have worked with in NYC. During my most recent search I was fortunate enough to run into a listing from Carey first. I contacted a few other Brokers after, just to make sure I was seeing everything possible, and I never followed up with any of them because of how sub-par they were in comparison.
