Cande has sold me four properties and helped me sell three. We appreciate her so much! She does her research and educates us. She has lots of resources for making the moving process smooth. She is an excellent problem solver and she helps keep the process manageable.

Cande explained the entire process, and assisted me in the sale of my house while I was out of town.

I would like to thank Cande, Genna, Lisa, and Penny for their extreme professionalism and hard work to sell my home! These ladies really went to bat for me, especially when I was down. But, with their work ethics, they always found a way to bring me back. I know they worked extra for me too. Although the outcome wasn't what I was expecting, and I still made it through it all, it would have never been that way, because of this terrific group from Reece-Nichols! All I can say is "thank you, ladies, for your kindness and excellent support "! Dwight Burns

Cande was amazing to work with, very responsive, and extremely helpful, which was vital since I was a first time home buyer during an extremely crazy sellers market. I ended up making 10 offers, and Cande stuck with me through the whole process and was extremely patient, and provided a lot of helpful research and comps to guide the search. Without her guidance I’m not sure I would have stuck it out to the end and because of that I wouldn’t have found the perfect house for my family, which we are happily in now. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I've known Cande for over 30 years and she always goes above and beyond

Our entire process was seamless and impressive. Our agent, Cande McManis is an excellent realtor and a wonderful person! She went out of her way at every step, making certain that our house was properly prepared for sale ensuring that we received top dollar, and that our nerves were calm during the entire process. We truly appreciate her, and Reece Nichols, for making this transaction as smooth as it could possibly be. Kudos to you all, and Thank you!
