I decided to sell my home since I was buying another home and really needed a strong realtor to see my home fast. I chose Candice since she was well-versed my area and actually lived in the area. Well, as a result of her expertise, after three days, I had four offers. Candice created a spreadsheet allowing me to see a side-by-side comparision of the offers and we discussed the pros and cons of each.
