He always responded to my questions quickly, and was seemingly always available to answer the phone to talk things through. He would find and share listings with me that were exactly what I was looking for within a few hours of them being posted. He understood what my 5 year plan was for the home I wanted to buy and would send me detailed explanations of what it would take to renovate it and the potential future values based off of other homes in the area.
