We began the process of selling our parent's Gig Harbor waterfront home in February of 2024 and reached out to Caitlin to see if she was available. She immediately got back to us, and we scheduled an on-site meeting the next weekend. She came early and well prepared to represent us. After a thorough walk of the property, we discussed a number of options for moving ahead, and throughout the next couple of weeks, she worked tirelessly on options, market research, and comps in the area and for other waterfront homes. She also reached out to a local interior design studio to evaluate and recommend updates to the home that would be most desirable and yet economical to complete for potential buyers. Approximately 6 months into the renovation, we changed our direction and decided to instead sell our Kirkland home and move to Gig Harbor. She immediately changed direction with us and began reaching out to prospective developers while concurrently performing comps for our existing home. Within a couple of weeks, my wife and I had multiple offers from developers to consider and a market analysis of what it would likely sell for if put on the market. We were constantly kept apprised of her communications with the most likely developer, and she was always extremely timely in her responses to our questions. Economics of the sale to a developer ultimately did not work out, and we returned to selling the Gig Harbor home. Caitlin didn't flinch. She scheduled a seller home inspection, excellent staging, media outreach (video, written description, and photos), and held an open house that provided us with four excellent offers in only 4 days on the market. All closing documents were processed without any issues, and we closed within approximately one month after the sale. Caitin was over and above anything my wife and I anticipated. She was flexible at each turn and brought exceptional professionalism at each stage. We are so pleased with the sale process and could not be happier with the outcome.

We were considering selling our property to a builder. The house had too many projects to actually put it on the market and we thought we had found a property to purchase, so were looking at selling. She talked to us over at least 2 years as we went back and forth, deciding whether we wanted to sell or not. When we finally were ready, Caitlin found us an amazing builder who was interested in working with us. We did not ultimately go under contract with them (building issues for what they had planned), Caitlin immediately found us four other offers from local builders who were interested in the property. We did not end up going that route, but Caitlin was always available to answer questions, give us encourement. You'd think she would be done with us after helping us over those two years, but she continued her support and expertise. Caitlin has so many contacts and ideas. We appreciate her knowledge of the local market and of all the options available when we were considering selling our property. Great realtor and such a wealth of knowledge!!!

Caitlin did an amazing job in helping us sell my Mother's home. She showed such compassion as we prepared it for sale, and then was so patient, knowledgeable and encouraging throughout every step.
