Bryan was the Buyer's Agent for a file that I was the Loan Officer on. This deal was not cookie cutter, there were many pivots needed. Each milestone reached, a new solution needed to be obtained. We received an appraisal subject-to repairs, the borrowers wanted to have a "country feel" to their new home, and they only fit in a very small box for program options with needing a DPA; mind you this was a For Sale by Owner property, bringing new challenges for Bryan. He handled every pivot and every challenge with urgency and professionalism. This was our first transaction together, and even after building a professional relationship with him throughout their home shopping process, he put trust in me and my team that the deal would get done, and done on time! He’s good at what he does got me my first home was able to get seller to pay closing cost. Home inspector he recommended did a very thorough job. Ended up getting money back on signing day. Brian and Carla at Reece were amazing. As much as I love the home I bought, cant wait for the day I get to upgrade and buy a new house using Brian and Carla
