Brittany was everything you could ask for in a realtor. She communicated promptly and clearly everything that was needed every step of the way. Tasks were completed quickly and without errors. She was responsive to our questions and concerns, frequently helping to guide us in the best way to proceed. I would certainly recommend her to any potential buyers or sellers. Being new to the area, I recently moved from VA., I had no idea of how to even look for a Real Estate agent! Reviews are good but the proof is in the pudding as they say. My first day of looking I went to 5 open houses talked to 5 Real Estate agents and they all knew I was looking for a home to buy, the following week only one person took the initiative to call me and ask if they could be of help, Brittany Shermer was that agent. "My wife & I had some pretty specific needs in the house we wanted.  In the course of 6 months(!) we looked at over 65 houses before we found our home. We were under contract 3 different times!  Throughout that ordeal, Brittany shined as our agent.  I became her big fan when, at 9PM on Saturday night of the Fourth of July weekend, she was Emailing leads to us.
