Britney Brown was the most dedicated realtor I have ever worked with and I have purchased over 30 homes during my life time. My purchase was extended for multiple reasons and required constant attention from Britney as I lived in Florida and buying in Georgia. She was consistently available and did a lot of leg work for me over and above the call of duty. And this was all done on a split fee basis. Her response time was immediate and I do have to say she really knows this area being a native of Georgia. She helped get clarification on many pertinent questions I had regarding the property and when I requested to see some additional properties, she never attempted to stir me to this one property but worked hard to make sure that I made the right decision.
