Thanks for your letter regarding the sale of my property in the Pierre Condominium.I would like to mention that I purchased that unit over 15 years ago, with Brigitte Von Kessel as my real estate agent.  We have remained good friends all of these years. She and her daughter Tina teamed up for the purchase of my new unit at the Sanasara this past March and then completed the sale of the Pierre unit. Both Brigitte and Tina are knowledgeable, professional, and very competent.  Both go above and beyond and made sure both transactions were smooth and problem-free.  They represent your company and their clients extremely well. Lou Rehak

It was such a pleasure to have Tina and Brigitte Von Kessel as my real estate brokers on the two transactions that I had with your company. They were extremely helpful in every aspect. Buying the house and selling the apartment seemed effortless. They were helpful in supplying vendors in an emergency such as with a leaky roof. It was never a problem for them at any time to come to my aid. Not only were they personable but extremely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know that is interested in selling their apartment or home.It was a pleasure working with them.

First of all, I cannot say enough good things about Kristina and Bridgette Von Kessel. The whole buying experience through them was a breeze. No selling pressure, good advice and continued help after the purchase. They go above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent.

My wife Gina and I just recently closed on a sale of our home of 14 years in Misty Creek and the purchase of a new home in Lakewood Ranch CC. Kristina Von Kessel was our agent on both transactions and the level of professionalism by her and her partner/mom Brigitte were unsurpassed. It is rare to find dedicated individuals who truly take their craft to a higher level and you have two superb agents on your hands. Through the numerous showings of our home, Tina was present each and every time. They are truly professionals and throwbacks to the old days of the profession. Thank you again and we will recommend your firm to anyone and everyone.

We are delighted with the process employed to market our property on Siesta Key and of course the end result, a completed transaction at 96% of original listing price. Brigitte represents the consummate professional sales person, with a great client demeanor, an eye for detail and extensive knowledge. She listens well and quickly grasps your needs, protects your interests and employs a very efficient process. While most of our direct dealings have been with Brigitte we also appreciate the strengths in analysis and financial creativity that her business partner Kristina brings to the team. We'll certainly continue to recommend this team to friends and utilize them ourselves for any future transactions.

I would like to say that we were very pleased with the service we received from Brigitte Von Kessel. She was always responsible and very efficient. We felt fully confident having her as our agent and would certainly recommend her to others needing a real estate agent in Sarasota, especially Europeans as she has knowledge of our special needs.
