Our house sold in one day. That’s when the real work began. Our agent Brianna Hawkins scheduled inspections which we thought would be routine. When a coup of unusual conditions surfaced, including signs of bats in the attic, Brianna sprung into action and had vendors that handle these things responding the same day. Water was found in the crawl space. This was the last item holding up the close. Brianna took it upon herself to place a pump in just the right place by crawling under the house! This finalized the cleanup and the closing was completed! Throughout the process Brianna was extremely responsive in our communications often late into the evening. I don’t think the issues that popped up could have been resolved as quickly without Bri taking the lead to solve them. The systems used by the entire Team to communicate and sign documents worked very well. Selling a house results in many details that have to be addressed. Having a competent agent to handle the headaches is worth every cent! Job well done Team!
