I had an incredible experience working with Briana to find my first apartment in New York! From start to finish, she made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. She was always responsive, super helpful, and went above and beyond to answer my questions—even months after I moved in. Her knowledge of the neighborhood, the apartment, and the city as a whole was invaluable. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping me find a place I love, and her enthusiasm made all the difference. I truly couldn’t recommend her enough! If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with, Briana is the one!

All the best,Madeleine

Briana was simply amazing! We would recommend her to any of our friends or family looking for a new home in Manhattan. Although we were disappointed not to get the first apartment we applied for, she truly rallied and found us an even better home in a better location! She made us feel like we were her #1 priority and guaranteed that she would find us an apartment we would be thrilled with. She def

I sent Briana an email and she responded with lightning quickness and a call. I love that. I told her our apartment woes and said we needed to find something ASAP. First thing in the morning she kept in constant contact with me about any new openings and checked in to see how the hunt was going. We did fall in love with a place that she showed us but we were too slow and wound up being the second

I don't have enough great things to say about Briana. Besides the fact that she was always well prepared for showings, she was extremely proactive when she noticed what I liked and didn't like. I was lucky to work with her in finding my perfect space in a new city, and perhaps the best thing about her was her food recommendations!

Just another quick thank you for the level of service and professionalism you showed my daughter and I. The effort and thought you put into the choices you showed her, paid off and we are so happy with what we rented. The entire experience for beginning to end was terrific and we both thank you. Will call you again if we need another apartment in NYC in the future.

A smiling face, a great conversation, and someone you can trust: this is what you get when you work with Briana! Briana was very accommodating when scheduling our apartment viewings and never made us feel pressured to sign a lease. In the end, she helped us find our ideal apartment and kept in touch to make sure we were settling in okay. Thank you, Briana!

Briana did an amazing job with helping us find our apartment! She listened to what we liked and disliked in an apartment and made sure each one that she shown us hits all our criteria. Most importantly, she was so easy to communicate with and was willing to accommodate with our schedules. Even after we found our apartment she made sure that the signing and moving process went smoothly and she had

Briana was helpful and sincere, and i got my dream apartment just from one day of viewing! She was patient and made sure that everything was in place at every step of my rental process which really helped me navigate the tough new york real estate scene. it was such a blessing and thank you so much!

It was a pleasure working with Briana. She was efficient and accommodating, getting the deal done seamlessly.

Over three days we visited multiple places in our price range and in the areas we previously expressed interest in. Briana was very flexible in her schedule and went out of her way to fit our demands. We were very impressed at her knowledge of the New York City area and her ability to meet us anytime anywhere. We are now very happy in our apartment in Greenwich Village and would recommend Bria
