Over the past three weeks Brian helped us find an apartment in NY. Prior to contacting Brian we were unable to find a broker willing to listen to our needs or take the time to find a matching apartment…Brian proved to be honest, dependable and thoughtful in helping us find a new home. In the future we'll be referring Brian and, in turn, Citi Habitats unequivocally.

I think Brian Totin was a fantastic agent. I give him a 10. He made apartment hunting an enjoyable experience and I would use him again. I have also recommended him to others. I will continue to do so.
