We had very specifics needs and wants in an even more specific neighborhood. Oh and did I mention we don't live in Charleston? Brian was so responsive, even as I peppered him with 200 questions about flood plains and other random things I know nothing about, and knowledgeable about all things Charleston. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any housing scenario!
