We wanted to reach out and say thank you for every bit of work you did to sell our old childhood home. I spoke with my brother about sending you this card, and we both sincerely agree that we were lucky to have you working on our behalf. I chose this card because something about the hummingbird reminded me of you. Just your seemingly inexhaustible tendency to search for what’s good, and worthy, and fruitful (the nectar). So cheers to you, Brian. You were one of the experts in the Ithaca area who helped make our extremely challenging and painful process with our father’s estate pleasant and a joy!! In fact, I honestly looked forward to communicating with you. It was fun. Your team are super-stars, and I can’t imagine the sale of that property was a financial windfall for your team, so the least we can do is let you know how much we appreciate you. Thanks for treating us like friends, and we regard you that way too. Thank you! Kurt and Jed

It was a long tuff road but Brian kept committed in the sale of my house . Brian is a very pleasant person to work with and if I ever needed to buy or sell a house I would call him first .

Brian was very helpful and open to all questions I had during the process. He listened to my ideas and concerns and responded with information that helped me make informed decisions. Brian is honest and kind. I highly recommend him.

"Brian has great insight into the market and is a creative problem solver. Those skills are real asset to his clients."

I’m so glad we crossed paths, and our chat led to me learning you’re a realtor, and we started looking!! It didn’t take long to identify what I could afford with the connections you put me in touch with. Your vibe is so supportive, and your willingness to explain the process as it unfolds was greatly appreciated. From offer to close, you helped me get out of renting and into home ownership in 84 days, with final details finishing on Christmas Day!! It wasn’t always smooth. I expect there are always bumps with these deals, but the silent warrior in you helped me to be open-minded and pursue a home I didn’t know would be a great fit for me initially. Once we saw the property, the buildings where I can do projects, the gardens and flowerbeds that are started, and the potential the home has to be a place I can easily maintain, I was hooked. I locked in on doing the work to get the place, and make it the paradise I didn’t know I needed. The place I bought got me out of renting, will be a huge savings, and an improved lifestyle for the years ahead for me and my family. You have a quiet steadfastness with a determination to help people that any home seeker should latch onto, and enjoy the journey

Brian and his team are great to work with , they do their best to get you what you’re looking for and for the best deal they can , love working with them ! Recommend and will be using in the future !

Brian is an experienced and knowledgable realtor whom we've relied on in different contexts over the years. He was very helpful with all that selling an older house entails. With his suggestions, our house sold relatively quickly. He's communicative, honest and very easy to work with. We recommend Brian highly without reservation..

I am confident that Brian will help my family and I find a home we love and fits our needs. He completly understands our needs.

I am a Realtor in Florida and had the pleasure of working with Brian - via a series of "what could go wrong" with the sale of a home. Brian was professional, helpful, handled all with GREAT customer service and most of all "a HANDS ON ATTITUDE". He picked up the pieces and ensured nothing fell between the cracks. Talk about GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND! Without Brian, my home sale in Florida would not have closed. If you are looking for a Realtor who truly cares about his customers - he is your "Go To Realtor". I would highly recommend him. Thanks again Brian, I so appreciate you! Serina
