His (Brent Sherman) willingness to work with others to create AI generated models is very cutting edge to add in the marketing of IMAGINED possibilities. Getting anyone to drop funds is a challenge at large but on a property with much needed repairs and in a community still transforming itself his use of AI was very helpful to get folks to the table. Brent did a commendable job too being real with buyers no bait and switch behaviors with him and I like that as a seller...
