A few items needed attention before the sale, including carpet cleaning and sewer line repairs, and Brent had reliable contacts who were able to handle the work quickly. When an issue with the sewer line was discovered during the buyer's inspection near closing, Brent immediately coordinated the necessary repairs and kept the sale moving forward. It was great having an agent who had the right resources and took care of getting everything set up. He made the entire process much less stressful, and I highly recommend him.
