Overall it was a good experience, this particular deal was made outside of the realtors by both parties and our house never even hit the market. But Brent did a great job with dealing with both us and purchasing clients. Great job everyone!

Brent was understanding, patient, and overall an exceptional realtor. I say this with some surprise, as I previously held a negative view of the real estate profession due to past experiences. While several condos were on the market when ours went on sell, including one and the same complex as ours, we sold on the first weekend of our open house. Many of those are still on the market. His advice on staging and repairs that needed to be completed before we put it on the market were really easy as he has an excellent contractor and stager who he works with. Did I mention that he is also a really nice guy?
