Brenda was amazing. She's was always available when needed. We highly recommend Brenda and would use her again to buy or sell a property.

It was great working with Brenda Sullivan on the sale of our property. She is very knowledgeable and professional and worked hard to solve some problems we encountered during the sale. I highly recommend her!

Brenda made selling our property quick and easy. She was professional and organized. She handled negotiations between parties quickly and efficiently and gave us excellent advice. We are confident in Brenda's ability to help us the next time we plan to buy or sell real estate.

We have used Brenda many times with our extended family and she is amazing! We just sold our second house in Grand Junction and a townhouse and needed the money from both to buy in Fruita. I was worried the whole time that it wouldn't work out but she kept assuring me that it would work. She was right-both sold and closed a week before closing on our new home. It was great and she was so good at keeping me calm which wasn't easy. We would recommend her to everyone we know-she's the best!!

Property was listed with Brenda and sold quickly. She communicated frequently and was available when needed.

Brenda was amazing! Not only did she work hard to get the house sold, but she is a wonderful person who loves her work. We just recommended her to a friend, and will continue to recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor! ❤️

Brenda is the very best realtor in the whole wide world. My first property she sold in 2020 in four days. The second one she already had a buyer for before it went on the market. She is professional, efficient, courteous, funny, and has many years of real estate experience. She worked tirelessly for me around the clock to get my houses sold- nights, weekends, and holidays. She had contractors, repair people, and all manner of contacts in her back pocket for me to work with at reasonable prices. She also managed all those repair projects for me so I didn‘t have to lift a finger. She made herself available via text, phone, and email whenever I needed her. Most importantly perhaps, she offered me complimentary „counseling“ sessions whenever I went off the rails regarding the stress that comes with selling one‘s home. Brenda is the star in my show, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Brenda Sullivan was very professional courteous. Kind and caring went above and beyond, making sure that things were ready for showing updated me as things went on day by day could not be happier, she made it so simple.
