Brenda was AMAZING! She worked so hard to help my fiancé and I find a home we loved. After a previous experience with another real estate agent at a different brokerage, we appreciated how hard working and communicative Brenda was. We looked at so many homes together and she always provided helpful insights and taught us a lot about looking for the right home. She always did research on the homes we were interested in, providing us with so much information to help guide us to the right home in the end. She was so friendly and encouraging and motivated us to not give up and settle for any house. She never pushed us into anything and we never felt forced into a house. She was always down to go look at any house we wanted to see. She was very knowledgeable and would give her honest opinions about houses, which I appreciated because it felt like she didn't care about rushing us to buy just any home... she was solely focused on finding us a home that we would love for years down the line. Brenda did an outstanding job helping us navigate the real estate market! It took a few months but Brenda was always pushing up to stay hopeful and keep looking. The home that we bought fell into place and we were amazed at how perfectly everything went. We had to go through some shady realtors, but trust Brenda implicitly and couldn't ask for a better realtor!
Brenda was a co-lister on our house. She was fantastic. She responded to all of our questions ASAP. Gave us great insights into the market (which was changing by the day), provided great guidance on staging the house, getting it prepped both interior and exterior. She also was very quick to realize that we had a very historic house and she needed some help from another broker. We didn't suggest this she came to this conclusion on her own which I admire since it meant less commission to her, but she realized her goal was to sell the house as quickly as possible, get the highest price and find a great buyer. In the end we got about 15% higher then we epxected. sold it in 7 days (we had an offer review date at that time or it might have been even quicker and this was close to a $3M house) We would HIGHLY recommend Brenda to anyone in need of a great realtor. She has high integrity, understands the market, will give you great and honest advise.
