Can't thank Brenda enough. She went out of her way to hike into my lot to take pictures even before I contracted her to represent & present the lot. This was a somewhat complex piece to sell as it is serviced by a shared driveway with a 600 foot run to bring in power. In addition to trips to town hall, she asked around as to what costs would be to bring power into the lot, met with the Utility Company field representative at least once, and had at least one excavating contractor come out; things I would have done myself, but for the fact I now reside in North Carolina. Brenda kept me in touch in all matters, reported showing follow ups and always made herself available to me for my comments and input. All of this in a cooperative, cheerful and polite manner. When it came time to sell she helped me navigate negotiations and work with my attorney. Brenda is a consummate agent and a true asset to Pearce realty.
