Buying a house with Brenda was such a seamless and fun experience. We bonded over our love for viewing homes and giving each other feedback on what we saw. She was so helpful in weeding out houses before viewing and getting the appts set up when I had settled on something to look at. She worked with me to get things done fast and was so patient when I worked slow! I couldn’t recommend her more!

I can’t say enough about the buying and selling experience I have had with Brenda Elliott! She was extremely professional professionally and helpful at every turn. From the scheduling of viewings in the evening and on weekends to the detailed feedback, everything was perfect. I look forward to referring family and friends to her in the future.

Brenda worked with me to sell my townhome this summer. She did a fantastic job getting it listed for a competitive price with other homes in the area. She helped me navigate the selling side with ease and openness. This was my first time selling a home so I had lots of questions for her and she quickly answered them all. I appreciate her hard work in getting my first home sold

This was our first time buying a home and Brenda made what felt like an impossible mission so much easier. Brenda was responsive, knowledgeable, and I felt we were in great hands with her throughout the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone, but especially for people looking for their first home!

Brenda has a bubbly and warm presence, making her a gem to work with. She goes above and beyond in every aspect. From allowing us to sign closing documents outside of normal business hours, to fixing a broken faucet. She was always there to assist. Her knowledge on market trends made the sale of both our homes incredibly smooth. She guided us throughout the sales experience, helping prepare each home to maximize profits. Which we did! I can not say enough good about Brenda and our experience. Highly recommend!

Our move was a long distance one from FL to IN. Brenda not only helped us with selling our home but helped us find the contacts we needed in Indiana. She was always pleasant and responded back quickly to us with our many questions. We were able to sell our house with her expertise within a short time frame in the price range we were asking. We highly recommend her!

Brenda has been absolutely great guiding us to get the best for our house. Before listing she comes in and kindly points out what needs to be redone. She is hands on and helped us prepare the house for pictures. The pictures were true and not enhanced which made us sell in about two weeks. She always guided us on next steps as the selling process progressed. Thank you, Brenda!

Brenda was amazing! Not only did she get an offer after only 2 days on the market, and under contract in 3 days, she was able to negotiate for us to remain in the home until our new house is ready in August. She kept us informed every step of the way and gave us great tips to help us get the house SOLD. I highly recommend working with her.
