She went above and beyond by communicating with me during every step of this journey. Words will never express the extent of my appreciation I have for Brenda and her excellent service. And her giggles were always reassuring!
Thank you so much, Brenda! You helped us find the perfect home! I do appreciate the process we followed to sell our house — the way it was marketed, photographed, priced, and reached the right buyers so quickly. I liked the portal we used for showing and dotloop worked well.
We were in VT and Brenda was working with our son and his wife to help us find a house near him. She would send pictures and then go see the sites with our son to evaluate if it would work for us. We were downsizing and looking for something on one level as we are seniors and wanted to avoid lots of stairs. Our son also wanted us to be as close as possible so he could help us out as needed.
When we had a question or concern, Brenda was quick to follow through and help us resolve any issues or concerns.
Brenda was excellent to work with. She helped us through our first home-sale process and was on top of everything, even though we were on a tight schedule. She guided us each step of the way and organized everything very quickly. Once offers came in, she explained each offer and the positives/negatives for each. We were thrilled with all her efforts.
Definitely 5 stars for Brenda. She was always available for any questions I had,and there were a lot, no matter how silly they might have sounded. She helped me navigate through selling the home I had lived in for 47 years and where my husband and I raised our family. Her knowledge, compassion and understanding of the situation made it so much more easy to get things done.
Brenda Crosby is an excellent realtor. I never sold a house before, and she helped me every step of the way. I will and have recommended her to anybody that is selling a home.
