As a first time buyer, I had lot of apprehensions about going in for an apartment. However, Ms Brenda Coulter to find apartment in South East Calgary especially Seton area was absolute pleasure. She took time to know our limited budget, preferred locations, and our preference for an apartment that brought sunlight most of the day. She was quick to respond , honest about property values, and patient with us as many apartment that we saw were not of our liking.
