Breckin is very good agent. His attention to detail and follow through exceeded my expectations. His maturity and knowledge are beyond his years. There were some legal issues that came up with the title transfer, which caused me concern and may have delayed the closing. Breckin was very professional, help me keep my cool by keeping me apprised of the situation. In addition, he listed my home, help me with suggestions on how to stage for pictures and showing. It paid off, I received a full price cash offer. There is no doubt I will highly recommend Breckin to any family and friends. Realty87 is very fortunate to have him as an agent.
