I have used Brad many times for buying and selling my homes. We have had many different scenarios. Between buying a foreclosure to working through my husbands passing in the middle of a deal and even working a land contract deal. Brad has always gone above and beyond. No matter the situation Brad can handle it and will always come through for his clients.
